PT Tenten Digital Indonesia is a laundry management application developer with partners spread throughout Indonesia. PT Tenten Digital Indonesia application developers need a web-based and mobile information system that can see the spread of partners in the form of digital map visualization to see how effective marketing strategies have been implemented. The system development method follows the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model, which is requirements analysis, system and software design, implementation and testing as well as system evaluation and improvement. The system analysis phase is carried out to determine what needs and functionalities the new system will carry out. Documentation of the results of system requirements analysis is modeled into a system design with the United Modeling Language (UML) approach using use case diagrams, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams. The output is web-based and mobile GIS software interface designs that are ready to be implemented. The next step is to translate the software design into a user interface using the programming language. The Google Maps API function is used to recognize laundry partner objects based on latitude and longitude coordinates. At this stage, system functionality testing is also carried out using black box testing methods. The test results show no bugs or errors were found when accessed using web or mobile based devices.

Geographic information collection platforms are widely used for acquiring geographic information. However, existing geographic information collection platforms have limited adaptability and configurability, negatively affecting their usability. They do not support complete field collection workflows or capture data with complex nested structures. To address these limitations, this paper proposes a generic geographic information collection platform based on a comprehensive XML schema definition and a corresponding XML toolkit. This platform includes professional and non-professional versions of collection software, as well as a management system. Users can configure controls and define nested tables within this platform to collect heterogeneous and complex nested data. Moreover, the platform supports functions such as task assignment, local deployment servers, multitasking parallelism, and summary statistics of heterogeneous data, ensuring complete workflow support for field data collection. The platform has been applied in agriculture, forestry, and related fields. This paper uses the agricultural industry structure survey as a case study. Practical applications and our case study show that this platform can reduce software development costs, lower user knowledge prerequisites, and fulfill 95% of geographic information collection scenarios.

The evolution of new information communication strategies has been aided by the development of new technology, devices, and applications over the last two decades. The utilization of digital media platforms, ubiquitous technologies, and technologies based on spatial data has blurred the lines between virtual and physical locations, with access via digital devices, particularly mobile devices. This paper aims to review the mobile spatial data MSD collection literature and related empirical approaches worldwide and demonstrates how researchers have analysed human mobility utilizing smartphone-GPS sensors, and call detail records CDRs spatial data collection methods. We offered an in-depth analysis of 129 publications from several databases that exhibit relevant solutions or prototypes, examining their emphasis areas, design aims, and contributions to design and approach. The article argued the techniques of mobile spatial data collection, processing, and technology applications and summarized the outcomes of articles correlated with Urban Transportation Modem, urban spatial data, and public health and infection domains over recent decades. The paper is concluded that mobile spatial data enables planners, policymakers, and stakeholders to analyse, specify, and customize crucial information to help and support decision-making. finally, it is possible to integrate the newest information and technology fields such as machine learning and artificial intelligence to gain more accurate features in estimating, predicting and studying several phenomena whether natural, socioeconomic, environmental, etc. Also, the article involves highlights the benefits and drawbacks of each spatial data collection technique.
