“…The factors used for developing the conceptual model are selected based on high frequency from the literature influence according to Wymer and Regan [61]. To validate the factors for the influential effect for CC-SaaS intention to adopt are validated by the experts which are selected based on the criteria proposed by Sarif et al, [62] and Norfiza [63]. That is, the expert must have a PhD in computer science or any related area such as information system; have at least five (5) years' experience in the field related to academic research and being a researcher in the field.…”

“…The expert review method is adopted to achieve the objective of this study. Typically, this method is used to verify the approach design in terms of justifying its potential for developing practical solutions, such as models, methods or tools for developing software projects [11]. In this study, the research method consists of four phases: (1) expert's identification, (2) verification dimensions, (3) instrument design, and (4) data collection and analysis.…”

“…The expert review method was selected because it is beneficial to yield experts' opinions about the proposed model. In addition, it is a popular method used for gathering qualitative data about a topic specified by the researcher [11]. As i-KAM is intended to be used by the software practitioners, therefore this study focuses on inspecting and exploring practitioners' perspectives.…”

“…According to Morgan [46], the expert review is employed by researchers to gather valid and reliable data -from experts-that concerns with an identified problem. In the SE field, this method is commonly focused on yielding the academic and practitioners opinions in order to verify the proposed approaches design prior to the final evaluation [47,48]. The knowledge experts can provide unique perspectives on the proposed approaches that allow researchers to obtain high reliability data.…”
