Design method of dynamic parameters of a self-synchronization vibrating system with dual mass

Abstract: This paper presents a design method of dynamic parameters for the self-synchronization vibrating conveyor with two exciters. The dimensionless coupling equations of the two exciters are derived by using the average method of modified small parameters and the synchronization and stability criteria are deduced from the existence and stability conditions of the dimensionless coupling equations. The two exciters loading coefficient is a periodic function of the phase difference between the two exciters and the ext… Show more

“…It is known that the two-mass vibratory machine, in contrast to a single-mass one, has an anti-resonance mode of oscillations under which the platforms' oscillations are almost not transferred to the foundation [3][4][5]. Significantly, the anti-resonance regime is implemented in a wide region of the parameters of the vibratory machine [3].…”

“…Significantly, the anti-resonance regime is implemented in a wide region of the parameters of the vibratory machine [3]. At the same time, the region of the existence of an anti-resonance regime [4], as well as the frequency of platform oscillations [5], are less dependent on the mass of the load. Under an anti-resonance mode, the working body oscillates at a significant amplitude while the platform oscillates at a minimum amplitude.…”

“…proposed that the vibrating system in some nonlinear vibration systems can realize the frequency doubling synchronization and frequency reduction synchronization of the subharmonics. 1215 “Center of force theory” and “non-diameter plot to follow self-synchronization and synchronization status stability theory” were put forward by Zhang et al. ; 16 these theories can overcome shale shaker phenomena, such as screen blinding, screen paste, and horseshoe effect.…”
