Abstract:Objective: To deliver Nisoldipine (Nsp) transdermally, new particulate carriers have been prepared, such as stable solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) and nanostructured lipid carriers as gel form, using a two-factor, three-level central composite design (CCD).
