Design dan Analisis Statik Rangka Chassis Square Bar dengan FEM

Abstract: Abstrak. Telah dilakukan rancang bangun bending dies untuk pembuatan chassis kendaraan angkutan pedesaan. Chassis yang dihasilkan dengan metoda bending kinerjanya dibandingkan dengan Chassis yang dibuat dengan metoda welding. Hasil analisis statis menggunakan software ANSYS menunjukkan bahwa chassis yang dihasilkan dengan metoda bending dan welding, memiliki kinerja yang hampir sama bila diberi pembebanan bending dan torsi sebesar 2.5 kN.
