Design and Synthesis of Novel Derivatives of 4-(6-(4-Substituted Phenyl)-7H-[1,2,4] Triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]Thiadiazin-3- yl) Phenol as a Potent Inhibitor of Tubulin with Antitumor Activity

Abstract: Our previous study showed that kaffir lime leaf extracts may have anticancer properties. However, production of bioactive compounds is affected by environmental factors. Here, we present a method to control environmental conditions using in vitro culture techniques such as callus induction.
