Design and Simulation of Class-E Powe Amplifier having Single Stage and 2-Stage at 2.4 GHz for IOT

Abstract: In this project, we have designed a single-stage & 2-stage power amplifiers operated on 2.4 GHz. The purpose of this design is to provide better efficiency and high gain. This can be done by improving impedance matching techniques & by using harmonic suppression. In these two stages of power amplifiers, it consists of two inductors and two capacitors which are used to build harmonic suppression circuits.
