Abstract:A highly transparent passivating contact (TPC) used for high‐efficiency crystalline silicon (c‐Si) solar cells should meet several key criteria: high optical transparency, excellent c‐Si surface passivation, low contact resistivity, and a low‐temperature fabrication process suitable for device integration.
