Design and Optimization of a Standing-Wave Thermoacoustic Refrigerator Using DELTAEC

Abstract: Thermoacoustic refrigeration is one of the best alternatives to conventional refrigeration systems due to the use of inert gases such as helium or air. On the contrary, conventional refrigeration systems use refrigerants (CFC) that are harmful to the environment and humans due to global warming and ozone layer depletion issues.
