Design and Numerical Analysis of Leaf Spring Using Composite Materials

Abstract: This paper describes design and analysis of composite a leaf spring made of E-glass/epoxy reinforced polymer. The aim of this paper is to introduce a new design as well as to compare the stiffness, load capacity and weight reduction of composite material with that of steel leaf spring.
