Green elevators represent a new standard in all elevator facilities. This paper analyzes all new technologies that need to be applied, and this refers to the energy efficiency of the drive, the use of a different configuration, and the changed components on the elevator. This paper also deals with models that change the classic motion of the elevator and emit low energy consumption. It is of the key importance to show which countries strive to replace all their plants with new configurations and regulations, where the most important fact is to perform an impact assessment on an annual basis. The main goal of this paper is to show that all components designed at the experimental level should be introduced into standard plants and reduce their production cost. From a comprehensive analysis of the previous research, it is concluded that the most significant advantages are achieved by using new electrical schemes, components , and energy sources that are not connected directly to the power distribution grid. At the end, from the corresponding literature, it is concluded that many major manufacturers in the elevator industry have to apply the modern technology from their development centers to existing standard elevators, in order to meet all new ecological and emission standards.

A b s t r a c t: Elevators are one of the most important mediums of transport in many buildings and working environments. With the development of the architecture, the buildings are getting higher and logically needs to upgrade the way the elevators are currently working or to predict the errors before they happen. The solution lies in changing the current system with a PLC (programmable logic controller). On the other hand, minimization of errors in combination with eco-friendly solutions is the new purpose. This new point of view, which focuses on minimizing and reducing errors, vibrations, more economically is named green elevator. Related to the idea of using green elevators and making buildings more environmentally friendly, the main goal of this paper is to give a new, "green" direction to elevators.

The elevator monitoring system of elevator is an integrated elevator management platform that can realize fault for alarm, rescuing trapped persons, daily management, quality evaluation and preventing hidden trouble by using C8051f060 MCU as the control core to sensor and collect the elevator operation data, with built-in TCP/IP transport protocol and with HuaWei GTM900C GPRS module to realize all kinds of data monitoring of the elevator, and the transmitting of the data to processing server through the network . This paper mainly introduces the formation of wireless monitoring network system and communication protocol construction, and especially analyzes the function and the system architecture of the wireless communication terminal in real-time monitoring. GPRS can not only satisfy the requirement of real-time elevator monitoring system, with low cost and high reliability but can also effectively avoid a variety of problems that are caused by transmitting the alarm data through cables . This system provides many valuable experiences for the development of unattended system, and it has a broad development prospects.
