multi-agent system plays a crucial role in many aspects of life. This refers to its ability to provide scalable and flexible solutions to complex problems. One of these problems is the management of resources in different cities around the world. In this study, we have used the multi-agent system concepts to build competent city resources management. Because of the time and software complexity that arises from implementing the whole system, we chose to implement one city entity, the energy entity. Petri net is used to model the system mathematically. At the same time, we used CPN tools software to simulate the system behaviour in real life. The mathematical model and simulation results proved that the designed energy MAS would achieve its goals when applied in real life. In the future, we intend to complete the construction of the whole system for better resource management of all entities in the city

The application of Artificial Intelligence or AI in education has been the subject of academic research for more than 30 years. The field examines learning wherever it occurs, in traditional classrooms or at workplaces so to support formal education and lifelong learning. It combines interdisciplinary AI and learning sciences (such as education, psychology, neuroscience, linguistics, sociology and anthropology) in order to facilitate the development of effective adaptive learning environments and various flexible, inclusive tools. Nowadays, there are several new challenges in the field of education technology in the era of smart phones, tablets, cloud computing, Big Data, etc., whose current research questions focus on concepts such as ICT-enabled personalized learning, mobile learning, educational games, collaborative learning on social media, MOOCs, augmented reality application in education and so on. Therefore, to meet these new challenges in education, several fields of research using AI have emerged over time to improve teaching and learning using digital technologies. Moreover, each field of research is distinguished by its own vision and methodologies. In this article, to the authors present a state of the art finding in the fields of research of Artificial Intelligence in Education or AIED, Educational Data Mining or EDM and Learning Analytics or LA. We discuss their historical elements, definition attempts, objectives, adopted methodologies, application examples and challenges.

This integrative literature review analyzes how AI, specifically Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs), is used in Moroccan education. The study emphasizes the significance of modernizing traditional educational techniques. It investigates how artificial intelligence may personalize learning experiences, minimize educational disparities, and foster a culturally diverse and technologically sophisticated learning environment. The ILR uses a conceptual framework that highlights customized learning, equitable education, technological innovation, and a systematic methodology that incorporates extensive literature synthesis. The research process thoroughly examines multiple academic sources, including peer-reviewed articles, books, conference papers, and reports. The ILR identifies relevant patterns, barriers, and opportunities associated with integrating AI in Moroccan education by carefully studying and synthesizing data. The findings demonstrate the enormous potential of ML and LLMs in revolutionizing teaching methods, encouraging active student participation, and closing educational inequalities across Morocco. The paper finishes by underlining the need to incorporate AI into educational practice and identifying areas for future research. It emphasizes investigating how AI may help Morocco and other countries modernize their education systems.
