Design and Implementation of Reconfigurable Neuro-Inspired Computing Model on a FPGA

Abstract: In this paper we design a large scale reconfigurable digital bio-inspired computing model. We consider the reconfigurable and event driven parameters in the developed fieldprogrammable neuromorphic computing system.
