The present research work presents an analytical comparison with an experimental study of a pneumatically operated sheet metal bending machine. The study aims to evaluate the performance, efficiency, and costeffectiveness of the machine. An analytical model was developed to analyze the bending force, deformation, and spring-back of the metal sheets under different bending angles and radii. An experimental setup was then used to validate the results of the analytical model. The study found that the analytical model provided accurate results for the bending force, deformation, and spring-back of the metal sheets. The experimental results were analyzed and compared to the theoretical calculations to determine the accuracy of the model. The study concluded that the pneumatically operated sheet metal bending machine was efficient, cost-effective, and provided accurate bending results.
