Design and Fabrication of a Micro Controller Based Glucose Sensor

Abstract: Design and fabrication of a Glucose Oxidase (GOD) sensor that uses a PIC micro controller to monitor the glucose concentration is attempted as a part of the final year project for the Diploma in Microelectronics. The layout of the sensor chip was done using 'Virtuoso' cadence IC design tools. Three different geometry configurations were designed.
