Abstract:A novel water-soluble and flexible aliphatic bismaleimide resin (BMIDPE) was synthesized by using maleic anhydride and polyether diamine (PEA) and toughened with diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A (DGEBA) with 4,4'diamino diphenyl methane (DDM) as curing agent.
