Design and characteristics of HTSC SQUID magnetometer with a sensitivity of 10−13 THz−1/2

Abstract: The results are presented of the experimental studies on forming weak links in yttrium ceramics by scribing and high-voltage discharge. The energy resolution of SQUIDs and the magnetic field sensitivity of magnetometers produced according to these methods were 6 x 10-zSJ/Hz and 10-/SJ/Hz, 5 × 10-13T/Hz 1/2 and 2"5 × 10-t3T/Hz l/z, respectively.
