In this paper, based on the machine learning algorithm of psychological education and civic education research, the decision tree algorithm and gradient enhancement tree are used, and then construct the crisis early warning model of the integration of civic education and psychological education teaching are constructed. According to the requirements of psychological education and ideological education in colleges and universities for the cultivation of students’ college students’ emotional regulation ability, the model can be divided into four layers for research. Combining the research objectives and hypotheses, the research on the path of integrating the teaching of college psychology and Civics with machine learning is designed. The questionnaire is designed and distributed to obtain research data, and statistical analysis is used to empirically analyze the integrated teaching of college psychology and Civic and Political education in the context of the Internet. The results show that in the model analysis, after suffering from positive stimuli at the moment of t=3, the intensity of positive emotions gradually increased, and the intensity of negative emotions gradually decreased, and the model accurately reflected the emotional changes of college students when suffering from stressful events. On the statistical analysis of the teaching path, the correlation coefficients were 0.948, 0.935, 0.942, 0.905, and 0.827, and the strongest correlation was found between the sense of acquisition of Civic and Political knowledge and the sense of acquisition of integrated teaching of Psychological Education and Civic and Political Education. This study gives full play to the maximum value of the infiltration of the contents of Civic and Political Education and Psychological Education, which is of great significance to the cultivation of college students’ emotional regulation ability.

Linja: A Mobile Application Based on Minimax Strategy and Game Theory

This article presents an application of Minimax strategy and game theory to implement the Linja mobile game. This game theory strategy applies collaborative learning to determine the winner of a game between two opponents, thus determining the optimal move in complex environments. In the development of the collaborative game, different game learning scenarios are proposed where competition between a player and the machine, and competitions against other players, intervene. In the learning process, moves are proposed that allow the maximum gain and the minimum loss among the competitors. In this case, the methodological approach was carried out towards the move that allows maximizing the profit and minimizing the loss, based on the application of the Mini/Max algorithm in search of determining the optimal solution of the game. The process is obtained from the adaptation of mathematical models for the development of games, using specialized tools that support a multi-paradigm programming language working together with the tools that the same language provides and that potentially serve as a contribution to the development of the game. In the search for an intelligent and autonomous system. The intelligent system correctly finds the winner of a game, showing the course of the game move by move. The results show that the game developed with the Minimax strategy allows automatic learning in multiuser environments, correctly identifying the winner of a game, generating the most optimal route of the game from move to move.

Analysis of the Influence of Ideological and Political Education on Students’ Psychological Cognition in Colleges and Universities in the Context of Informatization

To assist students develop sound moral principles and enhance their psychological and cognitive abilities, colleges and universities should provide them with ideological and political education. This study builds a standard regression model and a panel threshold regression model using statistical data collected from colleges and universities across the nation from 2012 to 2019 as an example. The models are evaluated for smoothness and multiple covariance by the testing process. Panel threshold regression and benchmark regression were employed to evaluate the impact of political and ideological education on learners’ psychological cognition in colleges and universities. The findings indicate that, in the absence of a control variable, students’ psychological cognition rises by 0.521 points for every percentage point increase in the intensity of ideological and political education provided by colleges and universities. The teaching content, cognitive mechanism, and psychological needs of political and ideological education in higher education institutions have a single threshold effect on the level of psychological cognition of students, with threshold values of 84.54, 29.16, and 35.98, respectively. Cognitive mechanisms and psychological needs are currently below these thresholds, and they will not exceed them. The psychological and cognitive development of the kids won’t be affected by the level being below the threshold value. To enhance students’ psychological cognition, civic education at colleges and universities must identify the psychological requirements of the students, comprehend the subject matter, and employ solid cognitive procedures.
