Design and analysis of superstrate embedded dielectric resonator antenna

Abstract: Antenna high gain, wide bandwidth, reconfigurability and compact design has been long requirements in the field of mobile communications and aeronautics. This paper experimentally investigates superstrate layer of arrays placed above the dielectric resonator antenna (DRA), which can largely enhance the gain of antenna.
