The purpose of this paper is to develop a digital twin of induction motor with a squirrelcage rotor. The problem of efficient operation of electric motors is primarily related to the reliability of insulation. Meanwhile, there is no such device that could show the operator at least an approximate value of the insulation resource on the display and warn about possible emergency situations when the current loads of the windings of the electric machine increase. To solve this problem, you can use modern technology based on Digital Twins. The paper analyzes existing developments in this area and draws conclusions about research directions. The construction of a reducedorder model (ROM) for an induction motor with a squirrel-cage rotor and the layout structure of the blocks of such a model in ANSYS Twin Builder are shown. As input data for the model, archival records of laboratory studies of readings of stator winding currents, rotation speed, temperature, torque on the shaft and others, which were kept from the built laboratory stand, were used. The simulation results indicate the acceptable accuracy of the obtained results, which indicates the possibility of using the developed digital twin of the induction motor both for further deeper research and improvement, and for experimental developments.

Batarya elektrikli araçların ağırlığına katkıda bulunan en büyük kalemlerden biridir ve konumu süspansiyon sisteminin performansını doğrudan etkilemektedir. Bu makalenin amacı tekerlek içi motorlu elektrikli otomobillerde sürüş konforu açısından optimal batarya konumlarının lineer olmayan bir taşıt süspansiyon modeli kullanılarak belirlenmesidir. Analizlerde tüm yay ve amortisörlerin lineer karakteristiklerine ilaveten kübik doğrusalsızlıklarının da hesaba katıldığı yedi serbestlik dereceli bir yarım taşıt süspansiyon modeli kullanılmıştır. Modelde yay ve amortisör doğrusalsızlıklarına ek olarak tüm trigonometrik doğrusalsızlıklar da dikkate alınmıştır. Sinüzoidal formda 48 farklı yol profili ve 3 farklı ilerleme hızı ile toplamda 144 farklı sürüş senaryosu oluşturulmuş ve her bir senaryo için aracın boylamasına ekseni boyunca 36 batarya konumu test edilerek optimal olanı bulunmuştur. Optimizasyon kriteri, sürücü ve koltuğunun dikey ivmesinin kök ortalama kare değerinin minimizasyonudur. Gerçekleştirilen 5184 analiz neticesinde optimal batarya konumunun 0,2 ila 5 m arasındaki dalga boylarına sahip yol profilleri için aracın orta kısmı; 10 ila 30 m arasındaki dalga boylarına sahip yol profilleri içinse aracın arka kısmı olduğu görülmüştür.

This study presents a series of analyzes considering the traction and steering demands of an autonomous electric vehicle (AEV) as a shuttle. The considered analyzes in here are dealt with as driving cycle (DC) and driving scenarios (DS) to assess the traction and steering performance of the AEV. The aim of this study is to evaluate the issues such as over engineering for AEV traction and steering motor requirements on a certain route by comparatively analyzing traditional and dynamic calculation under the DC and DS. Therefore, DC and DS in the lit-erature are evaluated in terms of different applications, optimization techniques, generation algorithm, parametric characterization, e-motor type etc. Afterwards, NEDC, US06, WLTC, Double Lane Change (DLC), Constant Radius (CR) and Slowly Increase Steer (SIS) are determined. Then, they are arranged according to the vehicle-specific limits on an electric golf car. The modified DCs and DSs are run on the dynamic model of the vehicle. In the performed analysis, the parame-ters such as reference trajectory tracking, yaw angle, tractive and steering forces, lateral and longitudinal displacement-acceleration, steering and traction motor power–speed-torque are investigated. And the obtained results are evaluated by comparing the traditional calculation results.
