Abstract:This paper examines the initial sizing theory of elastomeric bearings. In addition, the manufacturing process of the elastomeric bearing was analyzed to define the essential contents necessary to manufacture reliable elastomeric bearings. Mooney-Rivlin parameters were presented based on the test results to predict the characteristics of metal materials and rubber stacked.
