This paper allowed us to describe and develop a prototype of a system to monitor gases, smoke, temperature and humidity, aiming to detect fires, through the application of technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and embedded systems. The system encompasses hardware, software and applications for mobile devices (Web/App), as well as an AI model called IoT-IA. Its relevance stands out in critical environments, such as industries, homes, commercial buildings and Data Centers, where surveillance is crucial to prevent damage caused by fires. Sensors collect information, which is then analyzed using AI techniques and made available remotely via the internet. The development methodology, hardware and software components, along with the results achieved, are detailed to illustrate how the system can improve security and efficiency in various contexts.
