Desenvolvimento de soluções filmogênicas para a produção de filmes biodegradáveis, comestíveis e com atividade antioxidante: Revisão Sistemática

Abstract: Filmes e revestimentos comestíveis são desenvolvidos para proteger os alimentos, aumentando sua vida de prateleira. Eles têm o potencial para reduzir o uso de polímeros sintéticos tradicionais e manter a qualidade dos alimentos, controlando a transferência de massa, melhorando a integridade mecânica, física e química. Além de limitar a respiração em vegetais, as embalagens podem atuar contra o escurecimento enzimático, reações de oxidação lipídicas e redução do crescimento de microrganismos patogênicos.
