Abstract:ResumoA lesão do ligamento cruzado anterior (LCA) causa instabilidade anteroposterior e rotatória do joelho. Reconstruções isoladas intra-articulares muitas vezes não obtêm controle rotacional satisfatório, mantendo queixa de instabilidade e impondo ao neoligamento um maior estresse.
