“…Measures of esteem were reflective in discussions related to client and peer satisfaction with their work and professional body representation. The themes in this research were similar to perceptions of leadership amongst Canadian NPs where two major themes were identified (a) patient focused leadership and (b) organisation and system focused leadership (Lamb et al, ).
