exams. The results revealed that the highest vaccination coverage against HPV occurred during the first doses and in the age group of 9 and 10 years. Regarding cervical cytopathological exams, the average coverage in the age group of 25 to 64 years achieved by municipalities in the assessed periods reached nearly 80% in the years 2016 and 2017, declining to around 40% from 2018 to 2021. The regional CC incidence presented a result of 14.6/100,000 women, below the national average and above the average for the state of Minas Gerais. Regarding the responses obtained through the electronic form, it revealed that the collection of cervical cytopathological exams is decentralized to Basic Health Units and predominantly carried out by nurse. The actions developed for CC in municipalities align with those found in current scientific literature, highlighting continuous education for professionals and health education aimed at women's awareness. The technological product was developed to assist healthcare professionals in managing and monitoring CC by local teams and municipalities in the studied region. The present study demonstrated that knowledge of indicators, combined with appropriate clinical management and the assurance of effective public policies, are indispensable factors for prevention, early detection, and control of the disease.
