Descentralización y capacidades subnacionales: la implementación de la política pública de las Agencias Regionales de Desarrollo Productivo en las regiones de Antofagasta y El Biobío en Chile

Abstract: Este artículo sintetiza los resultados de un estudio de caso e intenta aportar evidencias de cuán relevantes resultarían ser las capacidades políticas y de coordinación multinivel de los gobiernos subnacionales, y de asociatividad de los actores regionales, como variables relevantes para profundizar la descentralización y mejorar sus desempeños para la implementación de políticas públicas que contribuyan a propiciar un desarrollo socio productivo endógeno y colaborativo en Chile.
