In these modern era, it is very easy to create an investment portfolio, an investment portfolio can be formed by buying a shares. By creating portfolio investation, our can expect score return which makes it an advantage. However, there is also a risk value that will be obtained when buy shares. In the formation of an investment portfolio for active investors, it is expected to create an optimal investment portfolio, there are many models that can be used to create an optimal investment portfolio. In this final project, will discusses the use of the Black-Litterman Model in optimizing portfolios for active investors. The Black-Litterman model is one of the models that can be used to optimize the investment portfolio, the Black-Litterman model provides additional information for the return and risk values based on the views of experts. This model builds on the MV and CAPM using a Bayesian framework that allows investors to effectively incorporate their views of the market into the allocation process asset. Based on several tests that have been carried out during the research with different days, the value of the investor's view will always be different every day, the value of an optimistic view will have a good impact on the stock, even though the stock price is falling, if the investor's view is expressed optimism, the weight of the shares will remain high.

BUMDES or Village Owned Enterprises is a business unit owned by the village government. One of the goals of establishing BUMDES in every village in Indonesia is to improve the welfare of rural communities through several business units with economic value. But in reality, it is not easy to develop BUMDes, one of which is BUMDES Sukatani in Purwakarta Regency. Various problems faced by BUMDES Sukatani include administrative services that are still running manually, business unit management, and village potential that has not been fully utilized. Therefore, this research is helping to make it easier for residents to use services and make it easier for residents to sell, making it easier to find original products from the village. This research focuses on designing application recommendations by analyzing and designing UI/UX using the Design Thinking method. The design results were successfully tested on 21 respondents using the System Usability Scale (SUS) test with a result of 82.0, it can be stated that this design is acceptable (acceptable by the user).

As a university with World Class University quality, Telkom University provides information services with a website as the main source of libraries for its students. The website is called Open Library which provides information on all library collections owned by Telkom University which are open and can be loaned. One of the missions of this website is "To play an active role in increasing interest in reading and writing in the community". Because, a good digital library website is a library website that can increase the reading interest of users. Interface design is one of the most important elements to support the quality of digital libraries. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the design and provide design solutions for the interface of the Open Library website. . The final evaluation used in this study used the System Usability Scale method. The System Usability Scale (SUS) is a measure of the usability of a product using a 10-question questionnaire developed by John Brooke. Of the 20 respondents who had filled out the questionnaire in the final evaluation, the result was 74.45. Where 74.45 is a score that has passed the average standard value of SUS
