Dermoscopy of the pigmented fungiform papillae of the tongue

Abstract: This is the report of two patients with pigmented fungiform papillae of the tongue, a benign condition, more frequent in dark skinned patients. We present the dermoscopic findings of this condition, which resembled rose petals.
