Dermatomyositis Presented with Facial Rash in a 40 Years Old Lady in Bangladesh: A Case Report

Abstract: Dermatomyositis is overly simplified as inflammatory myopathy with characteristic rashes. Understanding dermatomyositis is challenging because firstly presentation may be non-specific, vague and delayed.
