Dermatologic Manifestations of Crohn Disease in Children: Response to Infliximab

Abstract: Dermatologic extraintestinal manifestations of Crohn disease may be refractory to treatment with corticosteroids and immunomodulators. The authors describe four children with Crohn disease with dermatologic manifestations: pyoderma gangrenosum, orofacial involvement, erythema nodosum, and idiopathic lymphedema.
