[2][3][4] Dermatitis nodularis necrotica presents distinctive clinical features which, at first, forced one to regard it as unrelated to midline granuloma and other chronic dermonecrotic diseases; now I consider it a pathergic disease. Polyarteritis nodosa 5 belongs here, as does Wegener's granulomatosis 6 (pathergic granulomatosis 7) with all its designations and eponyms.…”
