Abstract: Background Population pharmacokinetics (popPK) has been reliably leveraged to generate individual PK in hemophilia patients. Specific popPK models are suited to predict individual PK under a variety of scenarios that may not be captured by clinical trials, allowing for individualized prophylactic treatment.
