Abstract: Background: High dose Melphalan (HDM) and autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) is a standard care for Myeloma ≤ 65 years. Studies have demonstrated that depth of response prior to ASCT does not impact outcome post ASCT, e.g. solely depth of response post ASCT matters.
