Abstract:In this work, various silver nanowires (AgNWs) deposition techniques, i.e., spin coating, Mayer rod coating and spray coating, were used to fabricate ZnO/P3HT‐based double side hybrid photodetectors and their photoresponse for 520 nm green light has been compared. The electrodes were coated over the PET sheet separately and laminated over the ITO/ZnO/P3HT.
