Dependence of induction copper vapor laser radiation on the parameters of RF discharge and the optical cavity

Abstract: New numerical simulation results are presented for the operation of a copper vapor laser pumped by an induction (electrodeless) RF discharge in a pulse-periodic regime. The influence of optical cavity parameters on the radiation pulse profile and energy characteristics of the output emission of such a laser is studied.
