“…Furthermore, we defined intervals for satisfaction scores as follows: scores from 0 to 1.99 were defined as VD, 2.00–2.99 as DS, 3.00–3.49 as NS, 3.50–3.99 as ST, and 4.00–5.00 as VS ( 5 ).
