Abstract:Osteogenesis imperfecta is a rare genetic disorder involving abnormal type I collagen composition that compromises bone and collagen-rich tissues. Individuals with Osteogenesis imperfecta exhibit oral and systemic abnormalities, including dentinogenesis imperfect.
