Enhanced Optical and Electrical Interactions at the Pt/MgSe Interfaces Designed for 6G Communication Technology

“…The software analysis of these sharp diffraction peaks revealed the existence of cubic MgSe 2 ($$a=$$6.459 Å, space group: $${P}_{a-3}$$) appearing at diffraction angles of $$2\theta =$$23.65° and 2θ= 30.05° and cubic MgSe ($$a=$$5.148 Å, space group: $$\textit{Fm}3m$$, JCPDS: 65‐2922). [ 15,16 ] Both intense peaks indicate planes oriented along the (111) direction. It is also clear from the same figure that when MgSe films are deposited onto semitransparent Pt substrates, the peaks relating to MgSe 2 become broader.…”
