23.65° and 2θ= 30.05° and cubic MgSe (

15,16 ] Both intense peaks indicate planes oriented along the (111) direction. It is also clear from the same figure that when MgSe films are deposited onto semitransparent Pt substrates, the peaks relating to MgSe 2 become broader.…”
