Dengue-triggered Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis in an adolescent with autoimmune thyroiditis

Abstract: Introduction: Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) is a life threatening hyperinflammatory hematological syndrome characterized by cytokine storm and the diagnosis can be missed as it mimics sepsis or multi-organ dysfunction syndrome.
