Denervation injury of scalp hair due to trigeminal ganglion ischemia: the first experimental study

Abstract: Aim: Scalp hairs are mainly innervated by sensitive fibers of trigeminal nerves. Ischemic neurodegeneration of trigeminal ganglion can cause denervation injury of scalp hairs.
