Demyelination After Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma; Reversed ‘Sentinel’

Abstract: A 50-year-old, previously healthy woman presented with memory impairment and handwriting changes. Brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed hyperintense lesions in t2 and fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FlAIR) sequences in the left thalamus ( Figure 1A and B).
