Democracia participativa e inclusão Sócio-Política: as experiências de Bobigny (França) e Barreiro (Belo Horizonte, Brasil)

Abstract: Ao se interrogar sobre as finalidades da democracia participativa - um fenómeno político que emerge desde os anos 1990 em contextos locais diversificados, como na Europa e na América Latina -, propôsse neste artigo uma reflexão acerca darelação entre participação e inclusão, de um ponto de vista político e social.
