Due to the continuous expansion of sharing economy, the diversification of users and the heterogeneity of resources and needs on P2P platform are speeding up, which makes it difficult to match the supply and demand of P2P platform effectively. Therefore, how to achieve effective matching between service providers and customers in an increasingly complex market is a question worthy of study. In order to achieve more effective matching of heterogeneous resources and requirements, this paper focuses on P2P sharing accommodation platform, advances a theoretical framework of fair matching and builds a matching model which considering fairness. First, we analyze the transaction mode of P2P sharing accommodation platform, proposed the framework of fair matching based on preferences consistency and fairness of matching. Second, we build a matching model based on fair matching, to maximize the consistency of preference and minimize the difference between supply and demand, the fair matching framework deals with heterogeneous resources and needs by matching diversified preferences. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the strategy are verified by example and sensitivity analysis. This strategy provides optimization ideas for the matching issue of P2P sharing accommodation.

Nowadays, common electrical household appliances are mostly being powered by means of alternate current (AC), although there are cases where direct current (DC) is used instead. In all cases, internal devices are supplied with DC, and this fact involves there are losses due to the need for AC/DC converters. At the same time, most electrical home consumption takes place during peak hours when electricity is more expensive in many electricity markets. The addition of a battery in these installations permits storing electrical energy during certain periods of the day with the aim of supplying it during other ones—when this operation is more efficient or convenient—simultaneously reducing costs and greenhouse gas emissions. In this paper, a comparison is proposed between three possible home consumption scenarios, i.e., one consisting of a current AC system, one consisting of an AC system with a battery, and a third consisting of a hybrid AC/DC system with a battery.

The electrical grid has been changing in the last decade due to the presence of renewables, distributed generation, storage systems, microgrids, and electric vehicles. The introduction of new legislation and actors in the smart grid’s system opens new challenges for the activities of companies, and for the development of new energy management systems, models, and methods. A new optimization-based bi-level architecture is proposed for an aggregator of consumers in the balancing market, in which incentives for local users (i.e., microgrids, buildings) are considered, as well as flexibility and a fair assignment in reducing the overall load. At the lower level, consumers try to follow the aggregator’s reference values and perform demand response programs to contain their costs and satisfy demands. The approach is applied to a real case study.
