Delusional infestation: a case series from a university dermatology center in São Paulo, Brazil

Abstract: Delusional infestation is an extremely chronic disease. Attempts to discontinue treatment in those patients in whom a lengthy follow-up was performed inevitably resulted in symptom relapses.
