Delivery after surgical treatment of ovarian dysgerminoma

Abstract: Dysgerminoma is a malignant tumor that arises from elements of undifferentiated gonads preserved in the ovarian portal from the embryonic period of development. Its frequency varies from 0.5 to 7% of all malignant ovarian tumors. Young women are more often affected, and large tumors occur in patients aged 13 to 18 years who have signs of infantilism.
