The protagonists include relatives of deceased scholars, who often ask for lecture notes, incomplete manuscripts and research data produced by their loved ones (Moss, 2014); while there are various organs and departments of a university that have been associated with such research. Some schools of thought believe that RDM should be the responsibility of the researcher rather than the library, while others believe that RDM services should be located in the departments in the faculties where research supervision activities take place.…”
