Delayed response of epididymal sperm characteristics and testicular oxidative stress following EGME exposure: Ameliorating potential of Withania somnifera root extract

Abstract: Swiss strain male mice were administered orally with ethylene glycol monomethyl ether (EGME) for 6 and 10 days and studied the epididymal sperm characteristics and testicular oxidative stress 24 hours after each duration. Withdrawal study on the same parameters was carried out 20 and 45 days after the mice received EGME for 10 consecutive days.
