Abstract:Pseudoachalasia is a condition in which symptoms, manometry, and imaging findings highly resemble primary achalasia but has a secondary etiology. The majority of patients with pseudoachalasia have the condition as the result of a malignancy, most often at the gastroesophageal junction.
