Delayed laparoscopic cholecystectomy for a patient with coronavirus disease 2019 who developed gangrenous cholecystitis: a case report

Abstract: Background Gangrenous cholecystitis has a high risk of perforation and sepsis; therefore, cholecystectomy in the early stage of the disease is recommended.
